How to choose your five Symbols

Instead of describing yourself with roles, titles, or personality labels, choose five symbols that feel connected to who you are.

A symbol can be almost anything. It might be an animal, a plant, an object, a place, a natural element, a color, a season, a shape, or even an emoji.

A good way to begin is to think about qualities that feel true for you. Perhaps you are calm, curious, strong, playful, grounded, sensitive, driven, or creative.

  • What image feels like me?
  • What symbol reflects my nature, energy, or way of moving through the world?
  • What do I instinctively relate to?

For example, a tree may stand for depth and stability. A compass may suggest direction and inner clarity. Fire may express passion and drive.

The ocean may reflect freedom, depth, or emotional range. A bridge may represent connection and bringing different worlds together.

Once you have a few ideas, choose the five symbols that feel most meaningful to you.
