The profound insights that shape my life and work today have been years in the making. What began as a mysterious urge to dig deeper—to expose, layer by layer, the realness of real—has since led me on a lifelong journey dedicated to helping others find their way back to a more grounded existence.

My unique perspective is the result of a diverse professional journey. With a background spanning demanding fields like international cultural & conference management and technical sciences research, I have cultivated a multifaceted understanding of people, systems, and underlying truths. This experience, combined with my credentials as a published author, an Art Historian, and a Master of Fine and Decorative Art is the foundation for my expertise.

Furthermore, my work is driven by a fascination with neuroscience and the brain’s neurological function of our autopilot. While this is an essential process that ensures our literal survival, when we fail to check in regularly, it can lead to a state of detachment. We end up just moving through our days, performing habitual roles and repetitive patterns, in a world of ubiquitous digitization, technology, and performance pressure, and underlying personal confusion.

My purpose is to guide you to find the balance between an efficient life and a truly present one, helping you rediscover the profound connection to yourself and the world through the intentional curation of objects with a timeless soul. I strongly believe that for as long as we humans are made of flesh and blood, we need objects to touch and objects that touch us. The profound need for real, physical connection is a fundamental part of our human existence—after all, it’s still the tangible objects that make up our daily worlds.
