2. Your Investment

To secure your initial consultation and priority access, a Consultation Retainer of €150 is confirmed. Your total investment is the item's Cost of Goods (COG) plus a 20% Service Markup, against which this initial Retainer will be fully credited.

3. The Delivery Protocol — Where Trust Changes Hands

Each Bespoke Vienna curation concludes with a handover defined as precisely as the work that precedes it. You may choose one of the following delivery methods — both designed to protect the integrity of your gifts and your peace of mind.

A. Vienna Handover — Personal receipt in Vienna. Once you inspect and accept the pieces, responsibility transfers to you. B. Secure Carrier Dispatch — For international clients. Items are professionally packaged; responsibility transfers when the carrier scans the parcel. Consider adding shipping insurance.
